The goal of this program is to teach participants how to teach yoga safely and effectively. It is ideal for those who wish to become certified yoga teachers. After completing the 100-hour course, participants can enroll in 200 hours of teacher training. A short-term course is offered every month of the year.

This course is suitable for those who want to start practicing yoga, grow personally and spiritually, or rejuvenate and refresh your soul. The first week is particularly interesting, as students from around the world meet, become friends, and start their journey to becoming Professional Yoga teachers. It is important to follow rules and regulations and maintain discipline to effectively utilize the 100 hours.

The course covers the dynamics of yoga, helps develop a healthy foundation, establishes a strong teaching foundation and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda, teaches the background and tenets of yoga, and includes nutritious, Sattvic meals for health. The daily schedule is designed to allow students to continue their yoga and meditation routines after leaving the institution.
